Chrystal and Jeremy started their married lives together on a beautiful Saturday, May 3rd in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. My photo friend, Charles, accompanied me as a second-shooter and my fiance, Ryan, came along to be an extra set of helping hands. We spent the morning at Chrystal’s family-friend’s home in Washington Crossing where Jeremy and his groomsmen chatted in the backyard while Chrystal and her bridesmaids prepped for the big day upstairs. Both the bride and the groom were evidently giddy and their smiles for each other were delightful to photograph. Chrystal and Jeremy became Man and Wife at Northampton Presbyterian Church in front of friends and family. A delicious brunch reception followed at a church in nearby Newtown, PA. Chrystal and her friends baked homemade desserts and pastries for guests. The bride and groom cut a cake suitable for brunch: coffee cake!
I only met with Chrystal and Jeremy once before their wedding day when I did their engagement photos in October and I was only an acquaintance of Chrystal in college, but Chrystal and Jeremy are such kind, welcoming people that I felt as though I’ve known them for years. You can see their love in the way they look at each other and in the patience they have for one another. It was a honor to capture their wedding day and their wonderful smiles made photographing my first wedding that much easier!
