When Stacie was a freshman at Messiah College, I was her orientation leader, and it is so fun that just 4ish years later, I got to photograph her wedding! Stacie and Andy had a beautiful December wedding ceremony in Newark Delaware followed by a fun-filled reception at Chesapeake Inn in Maryland. Even though it didn’t feel like winter (60 degrees, what?!) their wedding certainly had the visual aesthetics of a winter wedding with warm shawls, dark navy gowns, pine cone name cards, and lots of twinkly Christmas lights. Enjoy the photos from Stacie and Andy’s wonderful day! I especially love the bridal portraits of Stacie… isn’t she just the most elegant and classic bride?
Check the bottom of this post to see all the talented vendors that helped make this day 🙂
Instead of having a “first look,” Stacie and Andrew held hands around a corner and prayed together moments before they became husband and wife.
Like Toy Story, Andy wrote his name on the bottom of Stacie’s shoe (he even has the backwards N!)
I loved their creative candy table. I’m all about puns.
During the reception, there was a groomsmen game to determine if Stacie, while blindfolded, could pick out Andy’s legs among all the men! She succeeded!
