I can never say no to a wedding at The Farm at Eagles Ridge. And not just because I got married there 9 years ago. It’s rightfully known for its charm and natural beauty amongst Lancaster PA’s rolling hills. Enxhi and Mike’s wedding, set amidst fresh, bright natural colors, was meticulously planned to create the fun and romantic atmosphere that the couple had envisioned. From the heartfelt moments with their families to the lively reception filled with love and laughter, every detail reflected the couple’s dedication and affection.
Mike and Enxhi each gave their parents sweet, sentimental gifts on the wedding day including an embroidered tie, cufflinks, and lockets with photos inside. Although, a wedding is ultimately about the couple getting married, it is a nice sentimental touch to have such beautiful moments with the parents and loved ones. In addition to a first look with her dad, Enxhi opted to have a special moment pre-ceremony with her grandparents.
Their ceremony was set by the water beneath the trees and the reception was inside Eagle Ridge’s elegant barn. The romantic setting, adorned with fresh, bright natural colors, created an elegant and serene ambiance. The reception was nothing short of a lively and joyous celebration, filled with dancing, laughter, and heartfelt toasts. One of the evening’s highlights was the handkerchief burning dance, an Albanian tradition symbolizing the end of bachelorhood.
From the sentimental beginnings to the joyous celebrations, every moment of this Farm at Eagle’s Ridge was a beautiful reflection of their love and the bond they share with their family and friends. I am grateful to have been a part of their day! Thanks, Enxhi and Mike!
