These two. SO Cute. From the beginning of our acquaintance, Gracie and Richie have been an open book about their love for each other. I’ll let Gracie start the tale for you because I literally couldn’t tell it any better:
“We met years ago and immediately had a connection. Unfortunately we fell out of touch (life got in the way) and both had our fair share of other relationships, but somehow found our way back together. We’ve been obsessed with each other ever since. He’s that guy that you know will show up for you when you need him, and he makes me laugh harder than I ever thought I could. He has a 5-year-old son from a previous relationship who I am IN LOVE with.” Richie’s son, Cooper, was his pseudo-best man. THE BEST.
See, I told you I couldn’t beat that intro.
Gracie was just as articulate about what she and Richie has envisioned for the day as well, wanting it to be a “super romantic, botanical-heavy, twinkly-lighted, celebration of our love. I fell in love with the venue; it was the first place we visited, and actually the ONLY place we visited. I didn’t have to look any further!” Seriously, how cute is she?
And the wedding WAS super romantic. That little man in that little tux, the stone accented charm of the Barn at Silverstone, bold pops of flowers, it was all pretty dreamy.
Gracie and Richie, it was an absolute joy to celebrate your day with you! I’ll leave you here with one last thought from Gracie: “We’re all about the “extraordinary ordinary” (our coined phrase for when we are the happiest just being around each other).” May we all be happy in our extraordinary ordinary.
