When you meet a couple like Emily and Kyle’s, their love for one another is such a joy and privilege to witness. From the very beginning of the planning process, Emily stated that she envisioned a day that was easy-going and focused solely on marrying her soulmate. As she put it, “as long as he shows up and someone can make it official, everything else is just a bonus,”. Although, they, of course, love their family and friends and wanted to make sure that they were happy and enjoying their event. Their vision was to create a lovely, elegant, and cozy say so choosing their venue at The Barn in Silverstone, Lancaster, PA, was the perfect start to created that vibe.
Nestled in the heart of Lancaster, The Barn in Silverstone provided the perfect backdrop for Emily and Kyle’s dream wedding. The charm of the venue complemented their vision, creating an enchanting atmosphere that resonated with the couple’s personalities. As a wedding photographer, capturing the unique essence of this venue showcased the beauty of what a true Pennsylvania wedding feels like during this time of year.
Among the many special moments of the day, one stood out – Emily’s heartfelt gift to her father. A tie inscribed with the words “Te Amo Padre” was a touching expression of love and gratitude. I love the gushy moments! Capturing these intimate and personal details adds depth to the visual narrative of what Emily and Kyle wanted for their special day. I truly think that if they’d have been happy ditching the flowers and the cake because nothing was going to take away from the important moment of becoming husband and wife for them.
