Allison + Drew | Old City + Society Hill Engagement

Throw it back to the city where it all began!

That’s what Allison and Drew wanted to do when we were thinking about their engagement photos. Why not take pictures in the place you fell in love!

We ambled around the Philadelphia neighborhoods of Old City and Society Hill, thinking about how we’d be trading in the busy, urban landscape for a rural country setting a few months down the line.

Allison and Drew’s wedding day was just this fall at the Farm at Eagles Ridge, which they fell in love with immediately after setting foot there. Both avid lovers of the outdoors, the couple walked in and already started envisioning their burgundy, blue, and gold accents around the property, excited to complement the natural greenery on site.

Both bride and groom wanted their wedding day to feel warm and cozy, a little rustic but a lot elegant. Eagles Ridge is definitely all of that!

We had so much fun picking out intimate little corners of the city to take photos in, and celebrated their journey to the altar.

In the lead up to their wedding these two were hiking as many new routes as they could find with their dog Riley, and seeking out delicious eats to top it all off.
