Susie + Owen | New Hampshire Farm Engagement

This amazing engagement shoot with Susie and Owen was practically destined to be.

I just so happened to be in the area of Owen’s family farm when I was visiting friends in New England at the beginning of summer, so when Susie asked me if I’d be up for a jaunt on this gorgeous property, the timing could not have been more perfect!

The location was extremely sentimental for them for many reasons, not the least of which was because it was where they got engaged! That always makes for sweet photos.

As you’ll be able to tell from the session, Susie and Owen are such kind and easy-going people, and I thought that this quaint New Hampshire farm setting was absolutely adorable for them. When they’re not in Boston where they live, you’ll find them hiking the mountains of New Hampshire with their adorable black lab, Brooklyn. So, they were right at home traipsing through the fields.

They were such good sports for this shoot, trusting me to shoot over them in a canoe, and to let it all hang out while we frolicked in the fields.

The couple is getting married next summer at the the Audrey Farmhouse in Wallkill, NY, and I’m very excited to return to that modern, greenhouse venue.
