Meredith & Alec | Cozy At-Home Maternity Session

Photographing Meredith and Alec has been such a joy over the years. From their engagement in 2021 to their wedding in 2022, I’ve had the honor of capturing so many meaningful moments in their lives. Now, seeing them prepare for their next adventure—welcoming a baby boy this winter—was nothing short of heartwarming.

Since their wedding, Meredith and Alec have traded the hustle and bustle of downtown Philadelphia for the quiet charm of the suburbs. Their beautiful home, shared with their two orange kitties, served as the perfect backdrop for this cozy maternity session. While one kitty was a bit camera-shy, the other made a delightful cameo, adding a sweet touch to the photos.

We spent the session capturing the natural beauty of their home. From the bright and inviting sunroom to the tranquil front and back yards, every corner reflected the warmth and love they’ve poured into their space. A highlight of the day was stepping into the baby’s soon-to-be nursery. Seeing Meredith and Alec in that room, surrounded by the anticipation of what’s to come, was incredibly moving.

There’s something so special about at-home sessions—they feel personal, intimate, and uniquely reflective of this exciting chapter. Meredith and Alec’s journey has been such an honor to document, and I can’t wait to see them step into parenthood with the same love and care they’ve shown for each other over the years.
