Anna and Erik’s wedding at the Farm at Eagles Ridge was nothing short of magical. Nestled in the rolling hills of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, the venue provided the perfect autumn backdrop for this couple’s special day.
The morning began with excitement as Anna and her bridal party got ready in the charming suite at the Farm at Eagles Ridge. Anna’s attention to detail was on full display, from her elegant lace gown to her statement-making Betsy Johnson shoes that I am obsessed with, I couldn’t get enough of this stunning statement piece. Just the perfect combination of bold and beautiful.
Before the ceremony, Anna and Erik exchanged private vows, each holding their vows books from The Keeper Co. ( I can’t recommend these vow books enough—check them out here). I love when couples plan for some private moments to themselves on their wedding day. Your wedding day goes by so quickly that it is hard to find time to take in all that is going around you and be present with each other. Anna’s bright smile and Erik’s quiet admiration for his bride were so evident in each photo. The two were completely in the moment and you can tell in their portraits.
During the reception, Anna and Erik brought creativity to the forefront with their “photo race.” Instead of circulating the room for guest photos, the couple stood in the center of the dance floor while each table had one song to join them for a quick picture. The energy was contagious! Laughter filled the room as guests hurried to grab their moment with the bride and groom. It was a brilliant way to ensure a photo with every guest without cutting into the celebration.
As the evening turned into night, the celebration continued with a cozy and fun late-night treat: an Old Fashioned bar. Guests gathered to enjoy expertly crafted cocktails, warming their hands and hearts as they toasted Anna and Erik. It was the perfect way to wind down the festivities while keeping the vibe lively and joyful.
