Erin + Jared | Romantic Baltimore Wedding
When I met up with Erin and Jared to take their engagement photos in Central Park, which you can see here, I knew they were set to have a moody, romantic wedding at the Mt. Washington Mill Dye House, and if Erin’s gorgeous engagement session outfit was any indication, it was going to be a stylish affair.
Well, the real deal exceeded my expectation. The Dye House always looks amazing with the unfinished industrial walls and elegant touches, but this event decor was something special. Lynn Aaron at Nouvelle Weddings, who was the planner and designer, really knocked it out of the park with this luxe but earthy bohemian aesthetic.
All involved nailed that moody romance which was perfect for a fall wedding, full of lovely neutral tones in the pampas grass and hanging moss, with some pops of color in the pink, orange, and yellow realms. It was stunning.
The decor was actually one of the things the bride was most excited about besides the first look with her future husband, of course. When you see the pictures, you’ll know why. I’d be excited to see that too after being in on the design and waiting months to see it in real life.
On the big day, everything felt so elegant, down to the satin pajamas worn by the bridal party. White with feather trim for Erin and black for her girls.
Erin and Jared had their exciting first look, that ended with fun champagne pull, and the day was a swirl of lace applique, wedding dogs, midday Starbucks, and fantastic outfit changes. Erin’s end of the night wedding outfit was as fun and edgy as her wedding gown was classy and formal, and I loved everything about it.
I loved being back at the Mill Dye House for this knockout of a wedding, and I can’t wait to see what life has in store for my happy couple. Erin and Jared, it was a privilege to be invited to your party!
